How can I monitor my ring devices at my house and my mothers ring device at her house at the same time?
Hi @gonzz602. Is your mother’s Ring device set up under your email address or under her email address? If it was set up under her email, you’ll need to be added as a Shared User on the device. You can find steps on how to do that in our Help Center Article here. Once you’re added as a Shared User, you’ll get a new location in the Ring App with her device on it and you can adjust your notification preferences and access the Live View.
If you set the device up under your email address, you’ll just want to add her as a Shared User with the same steps. You’ll still have two locations for the device in the Ring App, and you can only access the Live View of one device at a time, regardless of if they’re at the same location or not.
