I have a Samsung smart refrigerator. No matter how many times I log into the Ring app, it will logg out after a short period of time. I have cleared the cache as suggested in other forums to no avail and now cannot even log into the app. This has been an ongoing issue for almost two years.

Hey @jia5473. Just wanted to chime in since another neighbor has not yet! We have been seeing this concern with some other neighbors that are having their Samsung smart fridge log them out. We have acknowledged this is a conflicting loop between the Samsung system and the Ring app, and are working with Samsung to see if we can gear towards a fix for this. Just wanted to acknowledge you are not alone on this and we’re looking into this further for you! If we’re able to hear back from Samsung on this, I’ll provide updates here for you. :slight_smile:
