Ring app doesn't see lock in Amazon Key

I have a Schlage Encode lock added to my Amazon Key account. However, during my adding a lock in the Ring app, when it gets to the point of connecting to Amazon Key, a very brief screen pops in stating there is no lock in my Amazon Key account and provides a button to bring up the Amazon Key app. When the Amazon Key app appears, it clearly shows a lock in the account. I have deleted/re-added accounts, deleted/re-added lock. deleted/re-added apps, and gone through the set up process multiple times with the same problem. I am running Android 8.0 a Samsung J3 phone.

Who should I contact to help me with this?

I have the same issue. There is a key.
This seems to be a problem with the shared key. I noticed that on my account, where I set up the key initially, it works. In my wife’s account, it did not, but it is clearly there.

So is this a problem with Ring not detecting the lock properly from key by Amazon? Or is this a problem in key by Amazon not providing lock info to Ring?
