Is anyone aware of an outdoor plug that integrates with both Ring and Homekit?

Hey @gemini929. Ring does not currently have any automation and integration with Homekit at this time! We do have the Ring Alarm Base Station that will connect to Works With Ring Smart Plugs which you can find on our accessories page here.
In addition, as we value our neighbors’ feedback, we’ve created a Feature Request board. Feel free to add this and any future feature requests there.
