I’m having trouble linking to my portal plus. It’s linked to my fire stick. But not the portal. Portal when asked to show me front door. It says ok then nothing happens.
Hi @John1028! As long as you’ve add your Ring device on the Alexa side and enabled the Alexa Skill for this, it should work upon command. Please ensure all apps/ devices are up to date, as well as try this connection closer to the router with the portal. As the portal seems to be accepting your command but not connecting, this is often related to wifi connection variables. Please also test video in the Ring app to ensure your Ring device and app are operating as intended. I hope this helps!
