Has anyone had there Alexa integration stop working, I’ve disabled the skill in both ring and Alexa and it won’t discover ring devices
Hi @Derrek11316! As long as the Ring device and Alexa devices are online, and the routines are enabled in the app, Ring/ Alexa skills should work. Check out our help center article for steps on setting up and using these routines. Keep in mind, distance between your router, Alexa, and Ring devices can affect connection. I hope this helps!
