Ring Neighbors Missing from My App

Ring Neighbors no longer appear in my app. I removed and re-installed, same problem. My app is v 5.33.0.

Today’s Ring.com outage may have affected your Shortcut Tiles (it did on my Ring App). Your “Ring Neighbors” Shortcut Tile is still there, but with the new features of the Shortcut Tiles , it may have moved. Possibly that Tile either got scrolled off the right side of your Ring App (you can swipe left and right on the Tiles now, which allows you to have more tiles for easy access), or that Tile accidentally got “Edited” into the “Hidden” section of the Shortcut Tiles (and you can move it back to the ‘visible’ section, even in your preferred order too), or the Ring outage rearranged your Tiles as it did on mine https://status.ring.com/

Swipe left on the Shortcut Tiles to view the “Edit” Tile, and then rearrange your Tiles as you like on your Ring App by holding your finger on the “2-horizontal-lines” Icon on the right side of the desired Tile and move it.
