Neighbor of the month is our continued way of showcasing a neighbor who has actively participated in the Community in a positive way and thank them for all their efforts. Whether they’re sharing their experience or starting a new discussion, these neighbors give helpful tips and feedback whenever they can.

Same as every month, we have a special set of questions for the neighbor of the month to answer. Check out @CrazyCat’s answers below to get to know your fellow neighbor a bit better!
How did you first hear about Ring?
My son and I like watching Shark Tank. We saw Jamie Siminoff on it a couple of years ago and when we went looking for an alarm/camera system we first looked at Ring.
How many Ring devices do you have?
I’ve collected quite a set of devices - Video Doorbell 2, chime, several Floodlight Cams, Stickup cameras, Alarm with over 25 sensors, extenders, electronic lock, smoke/CO2 detector, and smart plugs.
Which Ring device is your favorite and why?
My favorite device is the Floodlight Cam. It was a lot of fun setting up and tuning the motion zones. Gives you a great view of everything going on around your house day or night.
On a scale of 1-10, how “smart” is your home?
2 months ago I was a zero. Currently I’m around a six but quickly moving to an 8! Got several new devices sitting on the table waiting to be setup 
What type of smart phone and router do you use with your Ring devices?
Samsung Galaxy Android and iPhones with an Xfinity router. Just recently setup a mesh network to support the floodlight cameras. Highly recommend the mesh networks - made a huge difference for Ring devices, laptop and tablets!
Have you had any success stories? If so, what happened?
Fortunately no stories. I’ll be quite happy to never have to use the alarm. Having these devices really gives you peace of mind.
What is your favorite feature about your Ring device?
I’m hoping my favorite feature will be the new “Modes” feature that is being rolled out. Based on what I read I think that will address all of the current issues with my Ring devices. Getting the alarm, lights and cameras more integrated is huge for me.
