How long have you worked for Ring?
I’ve been working for Ring since October of 2019.

Preferred Ring device?
My preferred Ring device is the Floodlight Cam. It gives me a clear view of my front yard when my kids are playing, and the lights are so bright!

What are three fun facts about you?

  1. I love to collect coins. I have some coins dating back to the 1890’s!
  2. I enjoy riding motorcycles. I actually went to school to become a certified technician.
  3. History is my favorite subject. I find it fascinating to see how things were done in the past and how it’s evolved to today!

What is your favorite part about Ring Community?
My favorite part about the Ring Community is being able to find a common ground with like minded people. It is truly amazing what people can accomplish when we come together! Being able to interact with others who have shared experiences is the best way to grow. One of my favorite sayings is, “it takes a Tribe.” The Ring Community is my Tribe!

What is your favorite part about Ring?
My family is everything to me. The feeling of security I had the moment I first installed my Ring Pro, I knew that this was something that is life changing. Being able to watch over my family, no matter where I’m at, is priceless. Sharing this passion is my favorite part about Ring.

I was wondering why so many error messages lately that say “This Video is Unavailable”. So many of them it seems to defeat the purpose.

Hi @GROUNDCONTROL1. If you’re having any concerns with your videos not being available, it would be best to follow up with our support team so they can take a deeper look into this for you. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. I’ve been having an issue which you addressed and reported as solved in the following post:

I’ve contacted customer service, but they fail to acknowledge that it is an issue and have been unable to help me. Help me Tom_Ring, you are my only hope :slight_smile:

Hi @EddieM. Try creating a new post in our Security Cams board so we can better assist you. Be sure to include information like your RSSI, firmware and Ring app version. This can be found in the Device Health section of the Ring app.
