Can someone tell me how I can renew my Basic Protect plan subscription? Ring has changed format since I sign up a year ago. And I’m not getting any support from calling and chat. So community please help me. I only have 2 days to renew my subscription. Thanks!

You can renew your Ring Protection Plan online:

Or you can use your Ring App, if it is on an Android phone:
Main Menu (3 horizontal line Icon, upper-left-corner) > Plan > Manage Plan > select in your case “Basic”
