My audio is distorted so terribly that I can’t hear what people are saying nor them me.
Not hard wired system, wi-fi, it has worked great for 12 months.
How can I fix this?
Hey @Kylie! Which device model do you have? If your wifi signal looks sufficient, try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your mobile device.
