The alerts from my cameras stopped working on my pixel 3. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It worked fine for a few days. I have done this about five times. Same problem occurs. The alerts work well on my alexa.
Hi @dharrell! Good call on removing and reinstalling the app. With notifications working on an Alexa device, this tells us the Ring device is working and sending alerts. Please ensure bluetooth and VPN is disabled on your mobile device, as well as any apps in the background are closed.
I recommend also checking the Ring app settings to ensure the Alerts toggles are on, and there is not snooze or motion scheduling in place. I hope this helps!
