I would like to uninstall (remove) the neighbors app from the ring app. I went to settings on my phone. Then went to Apps. Deleted the Neighbors app , but it is still on the Ring app. How do I remove it ?
Hi @rawmacias. There will still be a Neighbors portion in the Ring App, and this cannot be removed. If you wish to not use the Neighbors part of the Ring App, you can adjust the settings so that you do not receive any alerts. Simply tap on the Neighbors option from the Main Menu and then select the gear icon in the top right corner. Here you can edit the Alert and Post Preferences. I hope that helps!
