As the topic states, I can activate Live View on my Ring Doorbell (1st gen) but as of the last few weeks with Windows 10 I can’t activate Live View on the stick up cams. Live View works on mobile devices, which to me indicates a probable issue w. Windows or the Ring app ON Windows. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated especially give the current situation where I really need to see who’s outside before I go to the door.
