For the past week or so, the "Nearby Incidents" tab data (videos and map) freeze up and the app does not respond. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, and had hoped the recent app update would have solved the issue. Is anyone else experiencing this?
I'm having the exact same problem, it started doing it about 3 weeks ago and its very frustrating. Ring please get this bug fixed.
