Hey @jlucas. As Chelsa stated, the hotfix should be fully rolled out to all of our neighbors and you should see relief on the 2.6.1 version of the Ring app for the Mac OS. If this concern is still occurring for you, please remove the Ring app from your computer, restart your computer and then reinstall the Ring app. Let me know how that works out for you!
