Poor Customer Regarding Snapshot Feature

Note the OP purchased this device in December of 2019 and then Ring sent a replacement unit (so 2 new units). How is that not considered a new device per the excerpt from the help center article (below) that you referenced:

" Note: This feature is currently available on new device setups. Access to this feature will be available for existing devices soon."
