I already have an accounts with ring, neighbors, now community.ring apps. I have even made posts before today. The reason I am contacting the community is the help center could not help. I had a red circle with a 1 in it in the top corner of the app icon. I figured someone else had an incident near me. The neighbor app wanted me to login and then it sent a message to my email with a code that I had to enter within one minute. I did. Then it wanted me to verify my email. Ah. It just sent me an email with a code that I just entered to login to verify. Ah. Doesn’t that verify the email? Am I missing something here? I do not have an alternate email nor do I want to change my email address. Just want to help make a smarter app
