New Modes Feature

I turned on the new mode feature as soon as it was available about a week or so ago. I selected Home since someone is in the home full time. The new feature disables the camera which was fine. Today I turned off that mode and went back to the original settings. But now when I click Live View, it doesn’t work. I still get the motion notification and can view when notified, but Live View just doesn’t work.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Hey @NubianMarin. Have you completely disabled the Modes feature? Or you simply went into the “Disarm” mode? You may need to look into your Ring app > Main Menu > Settings > Modes and make sure you have Disarm reconfigured to allow recordings and Live View to be enabled, as the Live View not being accessible without notification is a configurable feature to enable/disable.
