when using my macpro and ring app, video only lasts for a small period of time. i would like the option of having the live view on all the time and my option to turn it off not the app. how can i go about doing this?
Good question @oscarrod73! Depending on your device model, a default video recording will be 30 seconds to a minute. If you answer the notification live, or live view, a video can be live streamed for up to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the video will end and save to your event history. I hope this helps!
