I have 2 video doorbell cameras. Will I be notified when the battery life reached a certain percentage?
Hey @smerbeckm. When your Doorbells have a few events when under 10% battery life, you should get an email about the device needing to be recharged. Please ensure you are receiving all Ring emails, as some neighbors have said these emails may not come through after marking Ring emails as spam, or deleting them and accidentally marking them as spam. Ensure you have the Ring emails whitelisted in your settings if you have previously marked any as spam.
