Picture of person near Ring is great at first; after a short while the picture freezes and if the person moves then another image overlays the original image until the phone screen looks like a lot of images overlaying each other; this stays that way even though the person has left the area. What is causing this and how can it be fixed?
Hey @bobandmyle! A video concern like this is often related to wifi connection or signal strength. I recommend first checking the RSSI of your device, by visiting the Device Health in the Ring app. Check out our Community Post about RSSI to see how good your signal strength is for video.
