When a neighbor posts for example, a license plate or description of a car, does Ring delete this information or post?
Hi @Neighbor20201. Information posted in Nearby Incidents is just an extension of your Neighbor’s section of the app. Content is moderated and categorized according to our Community Guidelines. If content violates the guidelines, it may be removed from the feed.
Users have the option to appeal the decision by responding to the email they received when their post was removed. There are also features within the app that allows users to flag content for an additional review by our team as well as the option to request that a post be removed via email (communityalerts@ring.com).
