Can’t Change address

I am getting ready to move been monitoring neighbors for my new location and current now I cannot change address Every time I do I get a pop-up screen seat cannot change address at this time please try again later

My wife shared the ring account with me and I can’t change my address. It still shows my old address.

Hi @Dukex55. You cannot edit the address for a shared location as a Shared User. Only the owner of the Ring devices who originally shared them with you can edit the address in their Ring App. You can read more about Shared Users in our Help Center Article here, and you can find steps for editing your address in the Ring App here. Once again, only the owner can edit the address, not a Shared User. I hope this helps!
