I am not getting notifications on my phone, I was and then I purchased my plan and after that it stopped working.
Hi @BWAA. Could you try removing the Ring app from your phone, rebooting your phone (turn it off/on) and then reinstall the app? Once reinstalled, make sure to log in and accept all notification permissions. From there, trigger an event on your Doorbell or Cam and make sure the notification comes through! Hope this helps.
