My APP on my phone says wifi connected but it also says doorbell is offline
Hi @Dhavitta! Your event history is a great way to check for the last time your Ring device had an event. Although the Ring app shows the last known status of your device as online, the best way to confirm is triggering a live view.
If your live view does not connect, the next best step will be to charge the battery, or check power if it is a Doorbell Pro. As long as wifi signal is efficient and your Video Doorbell is not too far from the router, it should reconnect. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
