Just bought a ring alarm, live chat is down so I need your help. I have contact sensors on my front and back doors, but is there a way to put a delay on only the front door, but have the back door and teh 2 sensors trigger the alarm immediately? Seems madness to have an alarm where someone breaking in upstairs will have the courtesy of a 30 second warning!
Hi @bendavis ! Take a look at thisYoutube Video talking about Contact Sensor Placement Settings.
You can also alter the settings by going in the App to Device > Select the Sensor you wish to change > Settings Gear > Change placement to main door. Those devices will now use your entry / exit delay timer. Let me know if this helps or you need more information
