damaged part under warranty, call customer service never receive the new sensor.

I call the customer service center because when I buy the system one of the door sensor was bad, they take all the information and gave me an ID number for the part, this happend on June 13, 2020 as of today I didnt receive the part and went I went online to verify the part with the number that order do not exit. Send an email on July nobody contact me from Ring. Still waiting on the part, maybe Santa bring the part, I hope.

Don’t lose hope. With this Covid-19 mess going on, available Ring people on different split-shifts to avoid getting the virus, everything is not normal. For example, due to manning issues, the normal email support has been temporarily discontinued, so nobody is going to read your email any time soon.

Call Ring Support again, explain what happened, and I’m sure they can straighten things out for you:

Customer service with this company is a laughable joke - for two months I have been waiting for my replacement battery… Emailed them several times… called even talked to them and the same lip service… it’s on its way… by what Donkey?? Seriously worst purchase ever
