Why I can't download an Insurance certificate?

I followed these instructions:

  • Click My Account
  • Click Settings from the menu
  • Click Monitoring (must say “Professional”) Click Certificate Download and/or Print the Certificate
    But I can’t found monitoring in my setting menu, I am a protect plus plan user, I have one video door bell and one camera, I live in Canada.
    Should I add a ring alarm base kit? Or something else?

Hey @william958. Professional Monitoring is only available for the Ring Alarm Base Station and the 24/7 Professional Monitoring that comes with it. You can learn more about Professional Monitoring here. Once you set up a Ring Alarm system and sign up for Professional Monitoring, then you should be able to get a certificate.
