Hello. I have a ring alarm base station, and the ring of LED lights on it are green & red instead of being blue. It has been that way for about a week. I don’t see any updates available in the mobile app. I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in.
Any suggestions?

I did call. They had me tap the reset button with a paperclip and that caused it to reset and fixed the lights. Thanks for the help!
