Hey neighbors! Whenever the sound on your Keypad may go out, we recommend removing the Keypad from your system, factory resetting it and re-adding it, similar to how @Gcc81 has. If you find the Keypad has no sound whatsoever once re-added, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. We're taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
