Hi,

Today, my ring alarm went off. I did receive an automated call but that is not helpful.

  1. I was expecting a person calling to verify the password that I provided and that did not happen and I did not had an option on the automated call to contact police/authorities.

  2. When no one picked up my first contact phone, I was not called on the 2nd contact. I have all 3 contacts setup in case of emergency.

How to resolve the above issues?
