Can you use an independent monitoring company with Ring Alarm? I know that Ring has it’s own monitoring service, but I use Alarm Relay, and I am happy with them as a service. Is Ring Alarm flexible enough to allow a 3rd party monitoring company to be setup?
Hey @glenc. We only allow for Professional Monitoring through our monitoring company at this time. You can always go into self monitoring, and then see if Alarm Relay can work with the Ring Alarm if you’re in self monitoring!
