Does the duress code work with the Smartlock? Meaning can I unlock the lock and disarm but silently call for help?

Glad you asked @BigEHead! The Duress code can only be entered on the Alarm Keypad. While Smart Locks do allow for normal PIN codes for arming/ disarming, via the lock settings, it does not support Duress codes at this time. I can certainly share this feedback with the team for consideration of such a feature!
