Was wondering my WiFi connection is okay but I sometimes lose my connection and was wondering is it better to have my base station hooked up to my router via a Ethernet cable instead or won’t it make a difference ?
Good question @gb1! If Ethernet is a viable option, I recommend choosing it simply because direct connection is always better than over the air. That being said, the Base Station is often communicating commands, alerts, and emergency flags, in which wifi is plenty capable of doing. If you notice any connection concerns on wifi, Ethernet will be the best option. I hope this helps!
