I have no audio from my keypad.
Hey @EdgeHarley! Try plugging it in to let it charge from some time and test again. If already plugged in, try to unplug it and plug it back in. There are also settings in the Ring app for the Keypad and Alarm volume that can be altered. I hope this helps!
