Keypad stopped working. No power or lights

My keypad just stopped working tonight. No Power or lights are on. The Base station has power and the USB cable is intact. However, there is no power to the Keypad and there are no lights glowing on it.
Pressing the button 1 or trying to reset it to factory is unsuccessful too.

Need some assistance.

Hi @hashimsc. Have you tried different charging cables or plugging the Keypad into a different outlet? If you have and there still appears to be no power to it, then you’ll want to contact our support team directly for more advanced troubleshooting help.
