My Gen 2 Keypad has gone offline twice in the last 5 days after returning home and attempting to disarm the system. I have to disarm using my Ring App. Why does it keep falling offline? It is 5' from the base station.
If my daughters visit, they would not be able to disarm the system because they do not have that option to control my system on their Ring App.
