I’d like to have my base station play the alert sound when a door and/or window sensor is opened, but I don’t want to be notified in the app on my phone. I still want the other app notifications, but just not the Open Alerts. Is this possible?
@ClevelandITGuy You have the ability to toggle off the Open Alerts, and your Base Station will still play the alert when a door is opened. To toggle off the Open Alerts for a specific sensor, just open the Ring App > Main Menu > Devices > Alarm Base Station. This will open the Alarm Devices list and from here you just want to tap on a Contact Sensor and toggle the Open Alerts off. You also have the option to toggle the Closed Alerts off as well!
