Sorry, Ring but this issue is embarrassing. I purchased the kit with the 2 key pads and 3 door/window sensors and just installed it w/o knowing about this problem. Well, today I will be putting everything back in the box and return it to Best Buy because of this issue. I can’t sleep with that light in my bedroom and I do want a keypad in the room - that’s the reason I got the kit with the 2 key pads. I may purchase it after this issue gets fixed. What a shame
