I have 4 Echo Dots on line. When I look under “devices” it shows a total of 7 Dots. 3 are off line. Why?? Is it ok to deregister them, or just leave them alone?
Hi @skeet0848! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Community. As it sounds like this is pertaining to your Alexa enabled Echo devices, the quickest solutions will be found with Amazon support here.
That being said, if you are experiencing any concerns with your Echo integrating with Ring devices, removing and re-adding, or re-setting up, could improve that functionality. I hope this helps!
