Customer service experience

Had a great customer service call today. One if my contact sensors just read “open” all the time. Did some self trouble shooting and knew the device was bad. Called customer support and in about 10 minutes had a new device in the mail. Great job ring!
Converted from Iris. Currently have a ring alarm, doorbell, wired spotlight cam, and waiting on the new ring lighting!
