When I go to menu/devices/alarm Base station/base station/event history the app always crashes. I can access some of the history under just history/alarm under the dashboard. It’s just every time I try an access the device history in the manner above it always crashes the app. Is there any thing I can try and do to see this event history for the base station again? Anyone else having this issue? I was previously able to access it but it’s been some time since I’ve tried and now it no longer works without the crash. Thanks.
Sorry to hear about this @Socrates99! Another way to access your Alarm event history is by visiting the same main menu and selecting “History”. Once on the History page, you should see a tab for Alarm events.
If this concern persists, trying removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. If the History page is not loading, swiping/ dragging downwards on the screen should refresh the History list. I hope this helps!
