Base station malfunction

I just set up my base station and all the devices connected to it fine. However, when I tested the siren. Only my keypad sound but my base station didn’t sound. I have increased the volume to max for my base station, it still does not sound. I have also rebooted it. Should I reset the base station?

Hey @Lei. Please do not reset your Base Station, as resetting it may result in you having to set up the whole thing again. If you've tested the audio and there is no sound, please try to hit the test siren button in the Ring app, and take a recording of this. With this recording, please reach out to our support team here over the phone. They will let you know how to send them this recording so they can figure out a solution for you not having any sound from the speaker!
