Base station went offline, I unplugged it and removed the battery, waiting 15 minutes, put the battery back in, plugged it in and now the ring isn’t lighting up at all.??? Help, thanks
We’re here to help @DClarkside! The best first step will be to try another outlet to plug in the Base Station power adapter. Wait a few moments and check for lights or connection in the Ring app. Attempting a new setup for the Base Station might also help resolve this. If it does not, please reach out to our support team for more in-depth troubleshooting.
