Base Station Offline

Is there a way that I can see all the dates that my base station went offline due to wifi connectivity issues?

Glad you asked @home713! You sure can see your Alarm event history. Visit the Ring app on your mobile device > tap menu lines (top left) > select History from the menu > select Alarm tab on the history page. This will show you the history of all Alarm devices.

Alternatively, you can select “devices” from the main menu, then select Alarm Base Station, and choose a specific Alarm device you’d like to see the history for. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
