Assign Name to Notifications?

WHen our famiy arms or disarms Ring Alarm through the app, we get message below as a text alert. The alerts indicate “from app by null null”. I assume there is a way to assign names to replace the “null null”. Can anyone advise? Example below. Thanks!

Glad you asked @EdW8! This can be changed in the Ring app. To do so log in, open the main menu, select “account settings”, and change your name. Assigning users and roles will help to add family members as well. I hope this helps!
