Hi @HeatherBrown! As long as your Ring Alarm system is setup successfully in the Ring app and registered, these controls should show up on your Ring app dashboard. From the dashboard in the Ring app, please check the location drop down found at the top of the screen. This will allow you to select differently locations, in the case you might be viewing a location without an Alarm System. This can also be done in the menu of the Ring app.
If you’ve confirmed your location and Alarm devices existing in your current Ring app, the arm/ disarm controls should show at the top. Please ensure this is being viewed in the Ring app, rather than the Rapid Ring app or Neighbors by Ring app. If this concern persists, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device.
