I saw on a YouTube video the app on the alarm system had a part where it showed local incidents, is that only USA? I’m from UK and don’t seem to be able to find that?
Also is it only USA that the system will call the police is no one answers the triggers

Hey @Damo1. Yes, you are correct on both fronts here. The Neighbors App is currently only available within the US, and the same goes for the Professional Monitoring feature. In the UK, we offer Assisted Monitoring, which is an optional feature that notifies your emergency contacts via an automated call when a security issue is detected.
