Had an issue this weekend where my back door was no longer dinging when opened and found that the sensor was completely missing from my account. After talking with support it was found to be a known issue due to firmware yet a warning was never sent out to warn customers to keep an eye out. This is a blatant disregard to our safety as someone could have walked right in our door with the alarm armed and we don’t use motion sensors.
My Feature request is for an email to be sent anytime a sensor is removed from an account to make the owner aware.
